Before coming to MTWW, I didn’t have any direction in life and I didn’t take things seriously. I used to wait for someone to tell me what to do and then I’d do it however I liked. But I learned that when you take responsibility and keep your word, people trust you. I learned how much our actions matter in life, and that feeling changed my perspective. I started doing my work on time, helping others, and completing every task properly. I think taking responsibility made me stronger and more confident.
About Anil K
Anil is a hardworking young man from Boyinapalliy, Telangana. When he first came to Make The World Wonderful, he was a quiet little boy, uncertain about his future. He often depended on others for direction. But very quickly, the caring and cheerful environment of MTWW began to feel like home and helped Anil open up to change. Over time, with insightful mentoring and regular personality development activities, Anil began to understand what it means to be responsible and to take ownership — whether in his studies, duties, or daily routines.
He put his understanding into practice by completing his tasks without reminders, organising productive group activities, and also supporting other children with their own learnings. From being a dependent child, Anil grew into someone others could rely on.
Today, Anil is working as a Learning & Development Associate, where he earns ₹4.2 LPA, while also pursuing his BBA degree. Now known for his calm and dependable nature, Anil aims to keep growing as a responsible professional and support others to live with harmony, by leading by example.
