Ashok is a sincere young man from Nagardoddi, Telangana. When he first arrived, he was hesitant and unsure of himself, often avoiding new responsibilities. As he grew in this environment, he developed confidence and strong leadership skills. He now takes initiative and approaches his responsibilities with diligence, ensuring high-quality execution. He has cultivated a strong growth mindset and continuously strives for improvement.

Today, Ashok is pursuing a BBA degree and working as a Business Operations Associate, earning ₹4 lakhs per annum. He is excelling professionally. He was awarded Star Performer of the Year 2025, NxtWave Business Operations in recognition for his strong work ethic and being the go-to person who learns fast, adapts seamlessly, and delivers results on time. Moreover, for several months, Ashok took responsibility for onboarding new team members, conducting training and knowledge transfer sessions for colleagues older than him. Ashok aspires to grow into a Project Manager role. He is also passionate about contributing to future CAP projects by teaching children about mindset, values, and culture.
