Mounika is a responsible girl from Tandur in Vikarabad district, Telangana. Her father passed away from a snake bite while working in the fields. When Mounika first came here, her emotions often guided her actions, and she would feel hurt if her ideas weren’t accepted by others. Over time, she has grown significantly and is now much more emotionally balanced. She has learned to handle her feelings and bounce back quickly from setbacks. She has also developed a strong growth mindset — she welcomes feedback, has a good appetite for learning, and consistently applies what she has learned.

Mounika is currently pursuing a BBA degree and interning as a Business Operations Associate, earning ₹3 lakhs per annum. Mounika aspires to set an example for others with everything she has learned here. She is determined to create a positive impact in society through her actions.
