             Pooja
In her own words
After both of my parents passed away, I lost all hope and constantly worried about my future and my sister’s future. I didn’t know what to do or how we would live our lives. But after coming to Make The World Wonderful, I found hope. Now, my sister and I are living truly wonderful lives, both personally and professionally. Here, I always feel very safe, happy, loved, and encouraged to grow.
This place is full of positive energy because of the positive people here. People took care of me like their own family. I don’t have words to describe them.
All the positive changes in me are from the personal care and love I received here. Whenever I made a mistake, people would lovingly help me understand what I had done and explain the consequences.
About Pooja
Pooja is a compassionate and energetic young woman from Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. Her childhood was filled with challenges — her father, a rickshaw puller, was tragically killed, and soon after, her mother fell ill and passed away. Left in a vulnerable situation, Pooja faced difficult situations.
When she joined MTWW, Pooja found a caring and loving environment. She was always respectful and friendly with everyone, but she often struggled with low confidence and emotional behavior. She also found it hard to adapt to sudden changes. With mentoring and daily personality development activities, Pooja began to rebuild her confidence and find stability through values, teamwork, and self-expression. She also became more disciplined and focused, which reflected in her martial arts practice. She even won awards at state-level Kung-Fu and Karate championships.
Pooja has completed her BBA degree and also worked as an Account Payable Assistant, earning ₹25,000 per month. She has recently taken a short break from work after her marriage. Pooja is guided by a strong sense of purpose and compassion. With deep gratitude and values, she works hard and dreams of becoming a leader who can help children find safety, confidence, and hope — just as she once did.
