Radha is a hardworking and caring young woman, who came from a family of agricultural laborers in Jogulamba Gadwal District, Telangana. She used to be very shy and keep all her thoughts and feelings to herself, hesitant to speak up.

Through consistent and patient mentoring and a supportive nurturing environment, Radha began to open up. She learned to take responsibility, lead small teams, and care for others with confidence. Her mentors encouraged her to think differently and communicate openly. As she developed these values and skills, Radha also found joy in learning new things. She practiced martial arts, participating in national-level kung-fu and karate competitions, earning recognition for her effort and spirit.

Now, Radha has completed her BBA degree and is currently working as a Learning & Development Associate, earning ₹4.2 LPA, where she is actively combining her creativity and passion in her work.
