Sailaja is a determined young woman from Ieeja district, Telangana and her parents are farmers. When she first arrived, Sailaja was very scared and shy, hesitant to mingle with others. She spoke very little and interacted only with a few people, keeping to herself most of the time. Through the supportive environment and consistent encouragement from others, Sailaja has become confident and now freely mingles with peers and elders. She interacts joyfully with everyone and radiates positive energy.

Today, Sailaja is working in Human Resources, earning ₹4 lakhs per annum, while pursuing her BBA degree. Sailaja’s current goal is to develop her problem-solving abilities and build a very strong career.  She also looks forward to contributing actively to initiatives that create real change.
