         Sravani
In her own words
I always wanted everything to be perfect, and I’d feel bad if I made even a small mistake. But here, I learned that being a leader isn’t about being perfect - it’s about being responsible and growing with others. I started sharing more, helping others in their work, and staying calm even in stressful circumstances. I realized that real strength is in working together, not just doing things right. Now, I take initiative, guide others, and try to bring the best out of everyone around me.
About Sravani
Sravani is a thoughtful and determined young woman from Settipalem, Andhra Pradesh. She comes from a caring and hardworking family, where her father worked as a driver and her mother managed both household and fieldwork. When Sravani first came to Make The World Wonderful, she was shy, polite, and sincere - but she was also very reserved and too hard on herself. She would always try to correct herself and others immediately, because she wanted everything to be done perfectly.
Through the gentle mentoring and family culture of MTWW, Sravani quickly learned to balance her hard-working nature and dedication with flexibility and understanding. She also actively participated in yoga and karate competitions, winning medals at district and national levels — milestones that helped her build confidence and self-belief.
Through various activities and sessions, Sravani discovered that leadership is not about control, it’s about teamwork, responsibility, and trust. Over time, Sravani became known for her calm guidance, empathy, and the way she ensures that everyone feels supported. She even led younger children in their studies and other activities, showing maturity and strong character beyond her young years.
Now, Sravani holds a BBA degree and is working as a Project Coordinator, earning ₹4.8 LPA. Sravani continues to grow as a compassionate leader, and she hopes to start a home for children in her village someday. She wants to spread harmony by giving them the values, education, and opportunities she gained at Make The World Wonderful.
