In her own words
I was only six years old when I came here, and everything felt new - friends, school, even the way of learning. Growing up, I would act out emotionally and it created problems. Through the culture of MTWW and mentoring, I learned to think before I act and respect others. The values of honesty, gratitude, and integrity became part of me. Today, I give my best at work, support my teammates, and try to spread harmony in every small way, because I believe success is about character as much as career.
About Sravya
Sravya is an expressive and energetic young woman from Sirivada, Andhra Pradesh. She was brought up by her hardworking mother. As a young girl, Sravya’s emotions often guided her reactions and she found it hard to take feedback or stay consistent in her efforts. With patient mentoring and constant encouragement from everyone around her at MTWW, Sravya soon transformed into a calm, dependable, and self-driven young woman.
She now takes initiative in her tasks and approaches every challenge with maturity, sincerity, and a big smile! Her discipline and focus also shine through her achievements in yoga and kung-fu, in which she has participated in state and national competitions.
Now, Sravya is pursuing her BBA degree (1st year) while interning as a Business Operations Associate, earning ₹3 lakhs per annum. Her goal is to give her 100% best to every role and task that she takes on!
