In his own words
I used to work in the mirchi (chili) fields and royyalu (prawn) farms in Guntur. I didn’t know anything about MTWW when I came but the people here cared for me like family — they helped me learn and grow, and they supported me whenever I struggled. Somehow, I found myself keeping things neat, finishing my work properly, and feeling thankful for everything I have. Now I've grown a lot more. I’m interning in a company and I feel like I’m able to take care of my life step by step.
About Suresh
Suresh is a kind-hearted young boy from Pullikal, Telangana, who had been helping his family with farm work from a young age. In the beginning of his journey with MTWW, Suresh didn’t know how to study or express himself, but he had a strong will to learn. With patience and guidance, he began learning how to be responsible, while also appreciating the little things in life - like nurturing a plant until it bloomed.
Over time, Suresh became known for his sincerity and willingness to help others. Whether it was in studies or teamwork, he gave his best without hesitation. His family, who once worried about his future, now feels proud to see how far he has come.
Today, Suresh is working as a Graphic Designer Intern, earning ₹20,000 per month, while he also pursues his BBA degree. Suresh’s goal is to build a home for his family and become a strong pillar in the organization that helped him find his path forward.
