In her own words
When I came here, I immediately felt like I was part of a big, caring family rather than just an organization. I always felt supported and encouraged, whether it was in my learning or in personal challenges. The love, guidance, and positive environment made me stronger and more confident, and gave me beautiful memories that I will always carry with me.
Here, we got to experience many things, ask questions freely, and practice skills that actually help in real life. I truly enjoyed it because I could see myself improving every day. Many people have told me that I have become more mature and responsible.
Over time, I believe programs like CAP can help build a community of people who lead with values and make the world a better place.
About Swathi
Swathi is a calm young girl from a farming family in Vikarabad, Telangana. She and her sister joined Make The World Wonderful when they were very young. At that time, Swati was a passive person - she was not ready to take up challenges such as leading her peers. Over the years, she has grown assertive and now shows courage, especially when faced with challenges. She mentors those younger than her, encourages her friends, and lends a listening ear to those who need support.
Currently, Swathi is earning ₹3 lakhs per annum as a Business Operations Associate intern, while pursuing her BBA alongside. She helps and guides others, whether it's about studies, career, or personal growth.
