Thirumalesh is an enthusiastic and kind-hearted young man from Keshavaram, Telangana. Ever since he was a young boy, he’s always been active, kind, and ready to get involved. The first time he came to MTWW, it was his first time so far from home and everything felt new to him - the people, the place, and the way of living. In the beginning, he often found it hard to adjust and take any responsibility for anything.

The constant support from his mentors and his new friends helped Thirumalesh transform into a responsible young man. With guidance, he learned English from scratch which boosted his communication skills and his confidence. From being hesitant and unsure, he became someone who could guide others and stay composed even in difficult situations.

Today, Thirumalesh is working as an HR Associate, earning ₹5 lakhs per year, while simultaneously pursuing his BBA degree. Thirumalesh has spent several months managing the onboarding process, leading training and knowledge transfer sessions for team members senior to him. He continues to apply what he learned at MTWW wherever he goes — taking responsibility, guiding others, and growing with sincerity. His goal is to keep supporting his family and advancing in his career, so that one day he can help children from his village find the same kind of care and opportunity that changed his own life.
