About Founder

Ever since she was a child, Meghana Dabbara always visualized a world where people co-operate with each other. From the young age of 14, she started being trained on perceptions, child psychology and methods of imparting value-based education to children and young people. Her clarity in thinking and maturity in decision-making are reflected in her plan of action and execution.

Never afraid to dream big - an ideal inspired by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam's teachings - Meghana founded "Make The World Wonderful Society” in 2015 at the age of 17. Through this initiative, she aims to work towards fulfilling her vision of a harmonious society while also working with people who aspire to take the cause forward.

Meghana’s passion led her to work with children and youth for social change. She graduated from her 12th standard at NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) and completed a long-distance BBA (Bachelors in Business Administration) degree. By choosing relevant subjects along with distance education, she aligned her academic learning with the learning required for the organization’s growth, while also dedicating quality time to her work.

To spread the harmony she envisions, Meghana has connected with both the national and international community. Make The World Wonderful has over 1,00,000 supporters spanning every state in India and 80+ countries. She and her team have been invited by students from top institutions across the country (including IITs, NITs, and more) to give talks. She attended the Asia Pacific Future Leader Conference (2016) as one of the 150 delegates coming from 13+ countries. Her team won the ‘The Best Solution for Future’ award there. She also attended the Global Changemakers Conference in Switzerland (2017), joining 60 changemakers from across the globe.
